• Oversaw the event calendar for the Fall '25 semester, supervised and trained a new Event Staff team of 10 students, and managed technical operations including sound equipment setup and troubleshooting.

• Planned and executed multiple events, including a Hackathon, World Cafe, and a gala for journalists in exile, coordinating logistics between PEN America, RIMA, and international journalists.
• Designed outreach materials across social media platforms as well as physical media across the boroughs, and managed outreach campaigns to journalists worldwide and New York's Russian-speaking community to expand event participation and visibility.
