• Supported front-of-house operations, including box office, ushering, and event coordination.

• Maintained flexible, on-call working hours to accommodate attorneys, clients, and production teams while conducting fieldwork across New York City for interviews, visiting courts, and capturing documentary footage.
• Collaborated with videographers and attorneys to produce Video Mitigation Projects — editing advocacy videos.
